At Athena Cryo Studios we take time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.

Please give us 48 hours’ notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations. We understand that life’s circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if a 48-hour notification is not given (NO SHOW), you will be charged up to 50% of your scheduled service for the missed appointment. If canceled or rescheduled with a 48-hour or more notice you will NOT be charged for your scheduled services. All appointments have a late cancelation / NO SHOW fee, even consultations that may be offered at no charge.

We have a strict NO refunds policy. If you wish to discontinue the services that you have paid for in advance you are welcome to use that as credits towards any of our other services.
